The 7 Sacraments - The Actions of Jesus in the World

Picture
The Sacraments are sacred signs through which Jesus gives us His Spirit and makes us holy and pleasing to him by grace.  Jesus gave us the sacraments and continues to give them to us through His mystical body, the Church.  As visible signs of the invisible love of God, the Sacraments cleanse, renew and refresh us so that we can share in His mystical presence in the world.
Each of the seven sacraments imparts a particular sacramental grace of the Holy Spirit, transforming us and uniting us to Christ.
