St. Francis School is our Catholic school serving grades Pre-K through 8, and owned by St. Joseph Church.  Established in 1916, it was first staffed and run by the Sisters of Divine Providence for many years.  St. Francis continues to be a vibrant part of our faith community, and offers excellent faith-based education for your children.

Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish

Picture
Notre Dame High School was established in 1967 as a conglomeration of several smaller schools in Acadia Parish -- St. Michael in Crowley, St. Francis in Iota, & St. Joseph in Rayne, were all downsized into elementary schools.  Serving grades 9 through 12, it is excellent in many ways, & NDHS is worth a look to see their up-to-date curriculum, and diverse extra-curricular activities.
